Payment is taken after your session, either by cash or card on site. There's no need to pay in advance.
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. As payment is taken after your session there's no charge if you give reasonable notice — I simply ask that you let me know as soon as you can, so the slot can go to someone else who may need it.
Session prices range from £35 to £60 depending on the treatment and location. Shiatsu at the Carmarthen location is £60; all other treatments at Carmarthen are £50. Llandeilo and Cymgors are the most affordable locations, with most treatments at £35. You can find the full price breakdown in the table above or on each individual treatment page.

No — all treatments at Root and Vine Therapies are carried out fully clothed. For most treatments, comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is ideal, but don't worry if you've come straight from work or haven't had a chance to change. You'll just be asked to remove your shoes.

Others prefer to come regularly as part of an ongoing approach to their wellbeing. I'll always give you an honest assessment after your first session and we can decide together what feels right — there's no pressure to commit to a course of treatment.
